Credit Card Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Credit Card Utilized to Make Payments on Internet
We, ThaitravelCenter and Thai Travel Info Service, accept payments on internet or online payments with VISA card or MasterCard only.
2. Payments with card issued in Thailand
2.1 Cards support 3D Secure Authentication Process
2.1.1 Visa Card
We accept the payments from the card of yours which is activated and passed the security system,3D-Secure for the online utilization, which is so called Verified by VISA (VbV) only. Presently, almost Thai leading financial institutions or banks supporting such service.
2.1.2 Master Card
We accept the payments from the card of yours which is activated and passed the security system,3D-Secure for the online utilization, which is so called MasterCard SercureCode (MCSC) only. Presently, almost Thai leading financial institutions or banks supporting such service.
2.2 Cards without 3D Secure Authentication Process
We only accept the payments from the card of yours which is not passed the security system,3D-Secure for the online utilization in case of the card holder is one of the person who is the traveller(s) or the person who utilize the paid service(s)/product(s). In addition, the card holder must submit the completed additional documents regarding to 4. The financial issuers who issue the credit card which not support 3D Secure are Citibank, Thai Military Bank, UOB and Thanachat Bank.
3. Payments with card issued outside Thailand
If your card is issued by any of non Thai financial card issuers, we only accept the payments from the card of yours which is activated and passed the security system, 3D-Secure for the online utilization, which is so called Verified by VISA (VbV) for a Visa card and MasterCard SecureCode (MCSC) for a MasterCard only. Hence, please contact your card issuer directly to get more details.
4. Requests for additional documentation and verification process to verify ownership of credit card
We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify ownership of credit card and investigate with the bank who provided the internet payment gateway system or the card issuers in any case that are needed. Our requested documents are as follows :
4.1 A Completed Credit Card Payment Confirmation Form with a card owner's handwriting signature
4.2 Picture of passport page with cleary photo of the card owner.
4.3 Picture of passport page with cleary photo of the traveller(s) or other person(s) who utilize the paid service(s)/product(s) and don't pay by the credit card of themself.
We don't have a policy to collect the picture of your front or back of the MasterCard card owner to secure your privacy and card security.
5. Payment Cancellation
Eventhough your payment is successful, concerning the lack of requirements under 1-4, we reserve our rights to deny and cancel such payment. Regarding the cancellation, we will inform you via your e-mail address or any contacts you specified. Such cancellation may cause your order(s) of the products and/or services to be cancelled caused by the incomplete payment and We don't have any responsibility for this case.
6. Return Payment
Due to the cancellation under 5., the full amount of money you paid will be voided and refund to your card credit limit within 5-20 business days (based on the policies of your card issuer). Please, note that such refund will be rendered without the fee deduction. If you expects us to supply your needs concerning the same order(s) of products and/or services, we suggest you to contact our sales agents as soon as possible to assist you.
7. Enforcement, Modification, and Requirement
It is to be understood that the online payment terms and conditions are applied to all products and services which their payments are made with the credit card; furthermore, it is to be considered that the customer or service utilizer, who pays with such method, agrees to all terms and conditions. Moreover, the customer waives to file a complaint or charge us for any compensation, which might happen based on the possibility of cancellation on the order(s) of products and/or services, when the payment is made inaccurately and/or not following the payment terms and conditions as clarified.
